Those festival goers who have Disability Parking Permit / Companion Cards / National Access Card / Hidden Disability Card we are able to offer some support.
For Companion Card holders, you just need to purchase one General Admission ticket, then present your Companion Card on event day to the box office staff and the entry point to get your companion in. Companion Cards are accepted for general admission tickets only.
For those with mobility issues / problems with standing up for a long time:

• We have plenty of seating available onsite and near the stages. There are accessible platforms or areas dedicated at each stage to ensure you have great sightlines and are comfortable for the day.
For those patrons in wheelchairs or have mobility issues:

Viewing platforms of all stages yourself and 1 x carer - please have your approved disability card for inspection should a security guard request it for access to the viewing platform.

The Adelaide Showgrounds Site is fully accessible site to all areas

Please note that there will be use of strobe lights, sudden loud noises, loud sounds or loud music, bright lights, lasers, large LED screens, and use of theatrical Smoke / fog as part of the programming.

Should you need a less stimulating space away from the programming, we would recommend visiting the Beer Garden or let us know whether you require a pass out.

Should you need help or assistance during the festival, please speak to the nearest security guard for assistance or visit first aid nearest to the Main Gate.
