FROTH & FURY 2023

NOVEMBER 18 @ PIRATE LIFE BREWING

IF YOU WANT FROTH! YOU'VE GOT IT!

After another monstrous sell-out in 2022, Froth and Fury Fest returns to Pirate Life Brewing in 2023 for another round of the loudest riffs and the tastiest beers in what is THE must-attend annual celebration of heavy, alternative, music and craft beers in South Australia.

So raise your glasses and your horns as we bring you the hand crafted brew for 2023

One of Australia’s most exciting and beloved bands, Brisbane heavyweights THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT will bring Froth & Fury 2023 to a close with their emotionally charged, dark, melodic and energetic hard rock, complete with blazing riffs and soaring vocals.

It is an honour to welcome California Punk / Thrash / Crossover legends SUICIDAL TENDENCIES to this year’s lineup. ST have simultaneously merged and broke musical boundaries and now 40 years after the release of the first self-titled album, ST are still bringing the energy and aggression like it's 1983 all over again. ST is Mike Muir, Ben Weinman (Dillinger Escape Plan), Dean Pleasants, Tye Trujillo (Robert's son) and newest member Greyson Nekrutman on drums. We can already hear the ST, ST, ST chants ringing out into the night!

Returning to Adelaide for the first time since their reformation, Gold Coast nu-metal pioneers SUNK LOTO are officially back, bigger and better than ever! Celebrating the 20th anniversary of the album that changed the game, their 2003 opus Between Birth and Death this new Sunk Loto chapter is in full and thunderous swing and it’s clear that the best is truly only yet to come for the group who helped paved the way for the modern Australian heavy music renaissance.

Crossing the ditch for this one-off exclusive set at Froth and Fury, ALIEN WEAPONRY will bring maximum power and energy that will whip the mosh pit into a frenzy! The New Zealand band’s kinetic presence and unique sound – combining thrash metal with lyrics in the native indigenous language, te reo Māori — has attracted throngs of fans and media supporters across the globe that have responded to the sheer ruthlessness, untempered passion, and unbelievable noise created by the three-piece.

Swedish melodic death metal juggernauts and Purveyors of the legendary Gothenburg sound  THE HALO EFFECT featuring guitar heroes & songwriting wizards Jesper Strömblad and Niclas Engelin (ex- In Flames), singer Mikael Stanne (Dark Tranquillity), as well as former In Flames members Peter Iwers and Daniel Svensson are set to give us all an absolute metal masterclass when they close the Fury Stage.

Start consuming those energy drinks now cause those Melbourne oddballs OCEAN GROVE, who freely fuse rock, metal, grunge, hip-hop & Brit-pop influences to pioneer what can only be described as Oddworld Music are bringing their unique high energy brand of partying to Froth & Fury 2023
