Those festival goers who have Disability Parking Permit / Companion Cards / National Access Card / Hidden Disability Card we are able to offer some support.

For Companion Card holders, you just need to purchase one General Admission ticket, then present your Companion Card on event day to get the other person in. Companion Cards are accepted for general admission tickets only.
For those with mobility issues / problems with standing up for a long time:

We do have plenty of seating available onsite and near the Main Stage A + Stage B and limited seating nearest Stage C However, we will permit those who have valid disability cards to bring a foldable chair or similar to assist you during the event.
For those patrons in Wheelchairs:

• Viewing platforms of all stages yourself and 1 x carer - please have your approved disability card for inspection should a security guard request it for access to the viewing platform.
• Accessible toilets (located at all toilet blocks across the site)

Please note that there will be use of Strobe Lights, Sudden Loud Noises, Loud Sounds or Loud Music, Bright Lights, large LED Screens, use of theatrical Smoke / Fog as part of the programming.
