ESSENTIAL FESTIVAL INFORMATION

We strongly encourage all patrons to read through the FAQs prior to contacting the festival, as most common questions are answered there.


Please note that as we approach the festival date, response times may be slower due to event preparations. Thank you for your patience and continued support.



ENTRY & TICKETING

• Gates open 10:30am | Festival runs until 11:30pm

• Bring valid photo ID + your official ticket (digital or printed)

• Dedicated entry lanes for General Admission, Amplified, Accessible / Box Office

• All bags must be ready for security inspection

• Box Office opens from 10:30am for ticket issues or on-the-day sales (EFTPOS only, unless sold out)

• Arrive early — queues are expected

• Any ticket problmes / enquiries please direct them to Moshtix.com.au



 

CASHLESS EVENT

FROTH & FURY is a cashless event.

All bars, food vendors and festival merch accept EFTPOS / contactless payments only.


 

NO PASS-OUTS / NO RE-ENTRY

• No pass-outs or re-entry permitted due to liquor licensing laws

• If you leave the site, you cannot return

• Exemptions may apply for:

– Medical needs

– Hidden disabilities

– Parents or guardians with children under 10


• Exemptions must be arranged in advance,


 

PARENTS & GUARDIANS

• All-ages event

• Children under 10 attend free (visit Box Office on arrival)

• Nursing food, baby food and allergy-specific food allowed (subject to inspection)

• Children must be supervised at all times

• Under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian


 

ACCESSIBILITY

• Support available for patrons with accessibility needs or hidden disabilities

• Companion Cards accepted (GA ticket holder + companion admitted free please show security and staff at the entrance)

• Accessible viewing platforms, toilets and seating available

• Foldable chairs permitted with valid disability cards

• Sensory elements include loud music, strobe lighting, smoke and LED screens

WEATHER

The forecasted weather is 32 degress during the day and cooling down into the night wih a UV Rating of 12


BE SMART. BE SAFE.

• Free sunscreen available onsite

• Prepare for hot weather

• Bring one empty plastic water bottle (free refill stations available)

• No metal, glass or aluminium bottles

• Pace yourself if drinking alcohol

• Zero tolerance for anti-social behaviour

• Supplying alcohol to minors will result in removal and police involvement

• For everyone’s safety - No crowd surfing, stage diving, circle pits or walls of death


 

FIRST AID

First Aid services are available onsite.

Please familiarise yourself with their location on arrival.


 

DISTRESS SIGNAL

Have you spotted an emergency?

Do you need help in the mosh?

This is the international "show stop / distress" signal. Cross your arms and get your friends around you to do the same, so our staff know that someone needs assistance.


Be safe, look after your neighbours and always pick each other up!



 

WHAT TO BRING

Bring:

• Ticket + valid photo ID

• Phone (portable chargers allowed)

• Card for payments

• Weather-appropriate clothing• Sunscreen (no aersol cans please)• One empty plastic water bottle

• Bags A3 size or smaller (42cm x 29.7cm)


Do not bring:

• Food or drinks

• Glass, metal cutlery, aerosols

• Drones, GoPros, professional cameras

• Audio recording devices

• Large bags or prohibited items



 

TRANSPORT & GETTING THERE

Entry is via the Main Gate on Rose Terrace — look for the big Ferris wheel and head into the Showgrounds.


Best options:

Train to Adelaide Showground Station, tram, buses, rideshare/drop-off, or walk if you’re staying nearby.

Driving? Limited parking around the venue — carpool if you can.

FOOD

• Wide range of food vendors catering for all dietary needs

• No outside food or beverages permitted unless previously arranged

• Baby food and nursing items allowed (inspection required)




ALCOHOL SERVICE

• Valid photo ID required to be served alcohol

• No ID = no alcohol service

• Bar staff may request ID at any time and refuse service

• Under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 



MERCH

• Festival and band merch available onsite

• Pre-order collections require photo ID

• Allow extra time during peak periods



COAT CHECK

• There is NO coat check or lockers provided at The Showgrounds, apologies for any inconvenience.

LOST & FOUND

• Visit the Box Office

• Unclaimed items will be held until Sunday 1 Feb. After this any remaining items will be taken to the Norwood Police Station
